CELL PHONES Cleaning ... by Using Wiping Rags ...
CELL PHONES Cleaning
Cell phones with standard plastic or metal surfaces can be cleaned with Simple Green. Any sort of chrome finish on the phone should be avoided. Cleaning can be accomplished with a 1:50 dilution of Simple Green to water. Apply the solution onto a non-abrasive cloth or swab (cotton swabs work well) and wipe the surface of your phone. Do not spray cleaning solution onto the phone. Be sure to follow with a wipe down with plain water to rinse. The cleaning solution should not remain on any surfaces longer than 30 seconds. Do not allow the Simple Green solution to dry on the surface. If you are cleaning the phone buttons, make sure that no solution soaks or drips down into the phone. Be careful not to get Simple Green onto the phone display or camera lenses, as it may leave streaking.
Simple Green is not suitable to clean serial ports. Serial ports should be cleaned with appropriate electrical cleaner.
