Cleaning Dirt from AIR CONDITIONER COILS ... by Using Cotton Wipers ...
Cleaning Dirt from AIR CONDITIONER COILS
For light to medium dirtiness of coils, a 1-part Simple Green to 32-parts water dilution should be used. Wet the coils with water and then apply the cleaning solution. Let the solution sit on the coils for a maximum of 10 minutes (do not allow it to dry before rinsing,) and then rinse very thoroughly. If your coils are extremely dirty, use a 1:1 dilution or try a Foaming Simple Green product instead and shorten contact time to 5 minutes maximum. If using Foaming Simple Green, wet coils with water first and then apply foam. For liquid or foam application, thorough rinsing with plain water is very important.
